» New Units:
ECM Tank

The ECM (Electronic Countermeasures) Tank fires a beam that will disable an enemy vehicle from a far distance. The ECM Tank also jams the frequency of incoming missiles, often deflecting them so that they miss targets near the tank.
  Cost: $800
Requires: Propaganda Center
Strengths: Missiles, tanks, vehicles
Weaknesses: Infantry, aircraft, base defenses
Upgrades: None

Helix

The massive Helix helicopter is a formidable foe. Five infantry men, two infantry and one vehicle, or one bulldozer can be garrisoned within the Helix at one time. It comes with a relatively weak automatic cannon. It can be upgraded to have either a Propaganda Tower, a Bunker that enables the garrisoned troops to shoot out from the Helix, or a Gattling cannon. The Helix’s main weapon is the Napalm Bomb, which needs to be purchased as an upgrade from the Helix before being used. Once upgraded, the Helix will be able to drop down napalm bombs every 10 seconds at a targeted area. Each bomb creates a firestorm. For General Tao, the Nuke General, a tactical Nuke replaces the Napalm Bomb.
  Cost: $1500
Strengths: Tanks and light vehicles
Weaknesses: Anti-air defenses, missile-armed infantry
Upgrades:

Napalm Bomb

Bunker
Purchase At: Helix Helicopters
Cost: $400
This upgrade gives the individual Helix helicopter that it was purchased at a "bunker," allowing the transported infantry inside the Helix to shoot out of it. This upgrade doesn't affect the maximum number of units that can be transported by a Helix. Once this upgrade has been purchased for a particular Helix, the Propaganda Tower and Gattling Cannon upgrades for that Helix are no longer able to be purchased.
Propaganda Tower
Purchase At: Helix Helicopters
Cost: $500

Gattling Cannon
Purchase At: Helix Helicopters
Cost: $1200

Listening Outpost

The Listening Outpost comes with two Tank Hunters inside of it when it is built. Infantry that are inside of the Listening Outpost can shoot out of it. The Listening Outpost is stealth when not moving or shooting, and can detect stealth units within its large sight range. If a Listening Outpost is selected nearby enemy units' waypoints will be revealed, effectively showing where on the map those units are headed. When Listening Outposts are ordered to move after they have been stationary, it takes them a couple of seconds to "pack up" before they are able to travel.
  Cost: $800
Strengths: Stealth units
Weaknesses: Tanks, aircraft
Upgrades: None

The second function of the Internet Center is to spy on enemies. The Internet Center has two levels of spying-ability upgrades, which are listed and described below.
